A/B tests
Splitting an injectable into variants, weighting them, and keeping a control that shows nothing.
Any injectable with inline content, except a stack of blocks, can run as an A/B test.
Turning it on
In the Content card, turn on Run as A/B test. The form creates Variant A with your current content and an empty Variant B.
Variants
- Between two and five variants.
- Each has a name and a weight from 1 to 100. Weights set the share of visitors each variant gets; they do not have to add up to 100.
- Each variant holds inline content, points at a saved block, or is a control with no content at all. At most one variant can be the control.
- Each variant has its own Design choice.
Reading the result
The injectable's Analytics tab shows a verdict card for the variants and the usual views and clicks, with a date range and a filter to break the numbers down. The verdict tells you whether the difference between variants is trustworthy yet.
The live preview is not available while an injectable runs as an A/B test.
