Browse and filter images
The Images page, its search box, its filters and what each image card shows.
Open Catalog › Images in the left menu. This page lists every image in the store, across all products.
Search
The search box at the top reads Search images by label or caption. Type a word and the list narrows after a short pause. It matches both label names and the caption (the image description on BigCommerce).
Filters
The filter bar under the search box has these controls:

| Filter by label | Opens a picker where you tick colour and type labels. Only images that carry a ticked label are shown. Each active label becomes a chip you can remove. |
| No labels | Shows only images that have no labels at all. |
| Sync pending | Shows images whose labels have not reached BigCommerce yet. |
| Sync error | Shows images whose last write-back failed. |
| Clear filters | Removes every filter at once. It only appears while a filter is active. |
| Manage labels | Opens the label list, described below. |
| Bulk edit labels | Goes to the bulk edit page, keeping the filters you set here. |
Changing a filter always takes you back to the first page of results and keeps the other filters as they are.
When nothing matches, the page says No catalog images match the current filters.
Image cards
Each card shows:
- The image itself, or a No image available placeholder when the file cannot be loaded.
- Its label chips, or No labels.
- A sync badge when the labels are not yet on BigCommerce: a grey pending badge, or a red badge with the error and a Requeue write-back button. Pressing that button asks StoreSpan to try again for that image.
- An Edit labels button. See Labels on one image.
This page does not offer deleting, reordering or the thumbnail badge. Those live on a product's Images tab.
The label list
Manage labels opens a dialog that lists every label in the store with its kind, the colour tag a colour label is linked to, and how many images and products use it. The counts are links.
In this dialog you can rename a type label (edit the name and press Enter) or add a new type label. The dialog explains the rest: Rename a type label and press Enter, or add one. Ordering, deleting and colour labels live in Image settings. The Open image settings link at the bottom takes you there.
