Label suggestions

Label suggestions are an optional feature. When they are not turned on for your store, the Suggest labels button on a product's Images tab is disabled and the page says Label suggestions aren't turned on.

Getting suggestionsCopy Anchor Link

1. Open a product, then its Images tab.
2. Press Suggest labels.
3. StoreSpan looks at the images and proposes colour and type labels. Proposed labels appear as dashed badges under Suggested labels on each image.

While it works the page says Working on suggestions… or, for a longer run, Still working in the background — you can leave this page and check back later.

Accepting or dismissingCopy Anchor Link

• Accept or Dismiss each suggestion on its image.
• Accept all (N) in the bar accepts every open suggestion at once.

Accepted labels behave like labels you set yourself and reach BigCommerce through the label sync.

Messages you may seeCopy Anchor Link

• Looked at every image — no changes needed.: nothing to add.
• Add type labels or product colours first.: there are no labels to suggest from yet. Create type labels in Image settings or mark product options as colours on the Tags page.
• Could not finish. Please try again.: the run failed; try again.
